PILOT Vario
This spray gun for the finest surface finishes has an ergonomic design that makes it extremely comfortable to use, and weighing just 390 grams it is exceptionally light. The front part can be exchanged using a special tool. This is particularly useful when working with different material quantities, as the front part with a material connection (for pressure tanks or pumps) can quickly be replaced by a front part with a gravity flow cup connection.
For spraying almost all types of materials, including water-borne coatings. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel.

PILOT Rapid
Attractive and comfortable to use, this spray gun can be used for spraying small parts and for repair work as well as for objects with large surface areas. Optimum jet width, application velocity and atomising quality (transfer efficiency of over 65 %). The aluminium body is sturdy and easy to clean.
A model with a rotating jet insert for highly tear-resistant media is available on request.

PILOT XIII
This spray gun is designed to cope with the toughest of jobs day in day out. It can be used for spraying any type of material - even aggresive coatings - since all the parts in contact with the material, including the nozzle, needle and air cap, are made entirely of stainless steel. The front gun body can be easily retooled.
The PILOT XIII is available in many different versions, including a version for material recirculation systems.
